What you will do

• Act as the primary functional interface between Germany commercial teams and analytics/AI development teams.
• Facilitate workshops to identify and prioritize analytics use cases related to launch excellence and patient journeys.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specs for Data Scientists working on ML, GenAI, and RAG.
• Provide expert-level functional guidance on the German oncology market, HCP targeting, and competitive landscapes.
• Validate analytics model outputs to ensure they remain actionable, interpretable, and aligned with commercial objectives.
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations throughout the analytics delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• 10-12 years of experience in pharmaceutical consulting, commercial excellence, or analytics enablement.
• Deep expertise in the German pharmaceutical market and oncology commercial models.
• Proven understanding of Radioligand Therapy (RLT) dynamics and patient pathways.
• Strong experience translating business questions into analytical requirements for Data Science teams.
• Conceptual proficiency in machine learning, generative AI, and data analytics pipelines.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to serve as a trusted advisor to global pharma clients.
