What you will do

• Own and develop weekly NOI steering across brands, channels, and accounts
• Analyze demand plan changes and forecast adjustments to identify revenue impact
• Support yearly strategy, budgeting, and business reviews
• Contribute to Pricing & Trade Terms initiatives
• Build and improve steering tools and dashboards for automation and transparency
• Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to drive ad-hoc projects

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Germany or work remotely within Germany
• 2+ years experience in consulting, strategy, business development, or startup environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with hands-on execution
• Proficient in Excel modeling, insights derivation, and workflow automation
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent English required; German is a plus
