What you will do

• Manage day-to-day site operations, facility maintenance, and coordination with external vendors and suppliers.
• Curate the on-site employee experience by managing social perks and creating a welcoming office environment.
• Provide proactive administrative support to local leadership, optimizing workflows and managing purchase orders.
• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of local team events, holiday parties, and off-sites.
• Oversee travel logistics for clients and trade shows, and manage the onboarding/offboarding process for new hires.
• Coordinate the local company car fleet and handle operational finance tasks in alignment with corporate policies.

Requirements

• Proven professional background in office management, administration, or operations support.
• High level of organization and the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, service-oriented mindset.
• Efficiency-driven approach to solving manual administrative tasks.
• Physical presence in the Leuven office is required to effectively manage on-site operations.
