What you will do

• Provide Army subject matter expertise supporting HQ, Department of the Army, and Army functional proponents for Readiness and Modernization initiatives
• Operate within Army processes using current IT solutions to develop products supporting Modernization, Readiness, and Force Generation
• Coordinate externally with Army entities and internally with technical teams
• Support customer needs and work independently to identify tasks
• Demonstrate strong writing and communication skills
• Research and evaluate new concepts and processes to improve performance

Requirements

• Must be able to maintain a Top-Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree with 10-12 years experience or equivalent advanced degree/experience
• Strong Army or military branch functional knowledge and understanding of Army processes (Readiness, Force Structure, Equipment, Personnel)
• Experience in operations, planning, training/resources
• Ability to translate functional needs to team members
• Strong communication skills

Nice to have

• Recent relevant military experience, preferably Army, in Force Management, Readiness, Initiatives, or Strategy
• Experience working with Army Command staff (HQDA, FORSCOM, TRADOC, AMC, AFC)
