What you will do

• Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers throughout the sales cycle.
• Provide technical product expertise, including API and webhook integration design for customer processes.
• Manage and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) to demonstrate product capabilities to prospects.
• Build internal documentation to share technical expertise and enable team-wide success.
• Support third-party partners and resellers with complex technical implementations.
• Contribute to the developer platform by creating solutions and services for the user community.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the intersection between business, sales, and technology.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language such as Javascript, Ruby, Go, or Python.
• Knowledge of web server and database concepts.
• Critical thinking skills with an ability to challenge ideas and understand deep customer use cases.
• Ability to work from the Sydney office.
• Enthusiasm and strong communication skills.
