Location: Must be based in or near Newport, UK. This is a full field sales role requiring travel.

Salary: OTE £70,000 in the first year.

What you will do

• Proactively identify and engage prospective customers through outbound outreach and networking.
• Meet customers face-to-face to understand their business challenges and goals.
• Use value-led sales approaches to win new business and meet performance targets.
• Develop deep knowledge of hirify.global’s product suite to provide consultative solutions.
• Represent hirify.global as a professional ambassador within the local business community.
• Build long-term relationships and identify cross-sell or upsell opportunities.

Requirements

• Strong experience in a customer-facing or field-based sales role.
• Fluency in English.
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Strong organization and time-management skills for independent territory work.
