What you will do

• Present technology vision to executive and technical stakeholders to secure technical wins.
• Conduct hands-on demos, proof-of-concepts, and design implementations to demonstrate product value.
• Collaborate with sales and channel partners to develop territory account strategies.
• Translate complex technical features into business-value solutions for diverse audiences.
• Act as a subject matter expert on hirify.global roadmap, competitive landscape, and ecosystem technologies.
• Work with product, engineering, and marketing teams to provide feedback and influence product strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in solution engineering or solution architecture within a SaaS or data-heavy industry.
• Expertise in data architecture, analytics, and cloud technologies.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for hands-on technical demonstrations.
• Exceptional presentation skills for both technical and executive-level audiences.
• Must be authorized to work in the UK.

Nice to have

• Background in Wealth & Asset Management or general financial services.
• Hands-on programming experience with Python.
• Knowledge of modern data ecosystem tools such as dbt, Spark, containerization, or DevOps practices.
