What you will do

• Lead the annual multi-year strategic planning process through research and rigorous analysis.
• Develop and maintain executive-level strategic frameworks and presentations.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear, measurable objectives and initiatives.
• Conduct deep-dive research into markets, competitors, regulation, and macroeconomics.
• Prepare high-quality materials for the Executive Committee and Board.
• Collaborate with finance, digital, product, and transformation teams to ensure strategic alignment.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
• Must be able to work from the Bristol office on a hybrid basis.
• Proven experience in strategy, consulting, or analytical roles, preferably in financial services or tech retail.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with the ability to synthesize complex data.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet strict deadlines.
