What you will do

• Assist in project planning, execution, and milestone tracking to ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain and update project trackers, dashboards, and comprehensive documentation.
• Prepare status reports, progress summaries, and manage issue or risk logs.
• Facilitate client communications, including meeting minutes and follow-up actions.
• Support quality checks on deliverables and contribute to internal process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Technology.
• 4–6 years of professional experience in project coordination, client servicing, or operations.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools like JIRA, Monday.com, or Asana.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• High attention to detail with proven multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset for driving execution excellence.
