Location: Must be based in or able to work from Singapore (Hybrid, 3 days/week in office)

What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end project plan for deploying IG product suites into the Singapore market.
- Establish and manage structured governance forums with global and local senior leadership.
- Align product delivery strategies with MAS regulatory requirements and local operating constraints.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across Technology, Compliance, Legal, and Operations teams.
- Define success metrics, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure operational readiness.
- Oversee budget adherence and project delivery capacity across multiple workstreams.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience delivering complex project initiatives within the financial services sector.
- Proven experience leading multi-geography product rollouts or platform implementations.
- Strong background in brokerage, leveraged products, or crypto markets.
- Experience operating in MAS-regulated or equivalent Tier-1 regulatory environments.
- Demonstrated executive stakeholder management experience at Director/Managing Director level.
- Proficiency in Agile delivery frameworks and associated tooling (JIRA, Confluence).
