What you will do

• Deliver effective technical compliance frameworks to maintain a robust security posture.
• Identify, assess, and manage technology and security risks in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Translate complex regulatory and technical requirements into actionable business guidance.
• Lead and support security audits with external partners and internal groups.
• Improve ISMS policies, standards, and internal security processes.
• Act as a primary point of contact between InfoSec and the wider business.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of security frameworks, standards, and compliance environments.
• Ability to interpret and communicate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Confidence to challenge, influence, and guide stakeholders across the organization.
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities.
• Capacity to understand technology well enough to ask the right questions and challenge status quo.
