What you will do

• Onboard clients and manage survey content in the Prevalent cloud platform
• Distribute information risk surveys and address client queries with first line support
• Monitor assessment completion and conduct analysis on survey data and industry reports
• Manage third party risk remediation activities and collaborate with Customer Success Team
• Handle multiple parallel workstreams and create client reports on service KPIs
• Perform quality assurance on client documentation and review business monitoring feeds

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Slough, United Kingdom
• 1 to 2 years experience preferably in information risk management
• Strong customer relationship and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure with excellent organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and willingness to obtain industry certifications
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
