Lead Brand Designer

Location: Remote from Armenia, Poland, Serbia, Cyprus, Spain, or Portugal

What you will do

• Develop and evolve visual identities across brands and products, including typography, color palettes, guidelines, and design templates.
• Maintain consistent visual language across SMM, CRM, product, marketing, and other brand touchpoints.
• Set the visual direction for campaigns, product launches, key visuals, and other high-impact projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional design teams to create cohesive brand communications.
• Review design outputs, provide constructive feedback, and maintain a high visual quality standard.
• Mentor designers and support the development of a consistent brand-focused design approach.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in brand design or a similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual identity development and cohesive brand systems.
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience creating, maintaining, and implementing brand guidelines across projects and teams.
• Ability to translate business goals into clear and effective visual solutions.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance marketing and measurable campaign visuals.
• Experience collaborating with motion and 3D teams.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or supporting designers.
• Understanding of marketing funnels, user behavior, engagement, and conversion.
