What you will do

• Plan and coordinate resources including staff, equipment, and facilities in line with production and transmission needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all scheduling queries and escalate issues for timely resolution.
• Monitor resource utilization data and perform regular reporting and verification tasks.
• Collaborate with production teams to support forward planning and operational continuity.
• Manage freelance engagement and ensure commercial awareness regarding standard rates and hours.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Cardiff.
• Strong experience in using scheduling systems and proficiency in digital tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of organizational policies and the Working Time Directive.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills.
