What you will do

• Ship production-ready features using AI-accelerated workflows to move from prototype to robust systems.
• Develop full-stack solutions while balancing code quality with speed of delivery.

• Collaborate closely with product managers to trade off technical complexity against user value.
• Maintain high engineering standards through automated testing and proactive technical debt management.
• Participate in direct customer discovery to deeply understand and solve user pain points.

Requirements

• 5+ Years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven ability to work effectively across the full stack.
• Strong background in software architecture and security principles.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools for code generation and synthesis.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong product sense with the ability to articulate business impact.
