Salary: $200,000–$220,000

What you will do

• Architect and implement features end-to-end across frontend and backend environments to drive customer value.
• Integrate and innovate with the latest AI techniques and models.
• Lead performance optimization initiatives to ensure code quality, scalability, and technical best practices.
• Collaborate with product, design, sales, and customer success teams to refine product features based on real feedback.
• Own the full lifecycle of features from conceptualization and implementation through to iteration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and familiarity with TypeScript
• Proven track record of building and maintaining scalable web applications
• Demonstrated interest or experience in AI/ML model integration
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical concepts
• Must be based in or near New York (Chelsea office) and available for hybrid work

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a startup or fast-paced technology environment
