What you will do

• Monitor active TPRM cases in the digital workflow to ensure timely progress and intervene when necessary.
• Provide hands-on support to users for contract entry and risk assessment documentation.
• Navigate the system to resolve process errors, escalate technical issues, and suggest workflow improvements.
• Test new system features and maintain up-to-date operational instructions and reference guides.
• Generate weekly status reports and service level dashboards to track recurring issues and delays.

Requirements

• Experience in administrative or operational roles, particularly within procurement, risk, or IT.
• Comfortable working with digital workflows and structured processes such as ServiceNow.
• English proficiency required, Dutch is considered a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures accurately.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide patient, practical guidance to internal stakeholders.
