What you will do

  • Supercharge growth strategy to drive user acquisition and re-engagement via an optimal channel mix.
  • Design and lead the execution of upper funnel marketing strategy to complement performance channels and drive organic traffic.
  • Partner with the product organization to drive product-aligned marketing campaigns and player engagement activities.
  • Lead the player services team to provide support to all players, especially the most valuable ones.
  • Provide strategic direction to brand and artistic teams.
  • Drive partner marketing to create opportunities to grow organic traffic and improve overall marketing performance.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in marketing with experience in mobile gaming or similar, with at least 5 in senior leadership.
  • Good understanding of mobile free-to-play games dynamics and the competitive landscape.
  • Strong financial acumen and a track record of delivering user and revenue growth.
  • Experience leading a complete growth organization encompassing marketing, player engagement, brand, and creative functions.
  • Skilled at operating in a global matrix structure.
  • Must be authorized to work in the job posting location for this position on a full-time basis without the need for current or future visa sponsorship.
