What you will do

• Coordinate delivery of integrated, multi-channel BCM campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Lead end-to-end campaign workflow from briefing to evaluation ensuring smooth execution.
• Partner with business stakeholders and external agencies to translate strategic briefs into actionable plans.
• Lead and develop the marketing services team ensuring high standards and capability building.
• Oversee integration of brand, digital, PR, internal communications, and events for cohesive campaigns.
• Define and embed campaign measurement frameworks and optimize performance using data and insights.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near London, UK with hybrid work arrangement.
• Significant experience leading integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns with business impact.
• Proven ability to operate at senior level and influence strategic direction.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing or campaign teams.
• Strong understanding of brand governance and regulatory compliance.
• Confident use of data and metrics to shape strategy and demonstrate ROI.
