What you will do

• Own production stability and incident response during US market hours for the OTC trading platform.
• Technically onboard and support counterparties integrating via FIX-API, managing the full integration pipeline.
• Guide partners through FIX conformance testing to ensure session and message workflow compliance.
• Act as the first point of escalation for performance degradation, platform incidents, and infrastructure issues.
• Maintain and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability using tools like Grafana.
• Automate operational workflows and contribute to runbooks and postmortems to reduce manual intervention.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or SRE roles
• Must be eligible to work in the US without company sponsorship
• Strong expertise in FIX protocol, SQL, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS)
• Solid experience with Linux production environments and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Proficiency in Python scripting for automation
• Proven track record supporting high-availability or low-latency systems

Nice to have

• Background in trading platforms, financial systems, or crypto/OTC markets
• Familiarity with exchange connectivity and market integration workflows
