🔸Project Manager
• Purely R&D projects.
• 50-60% PM cycle + 30-40 % Scum Master.
• Own planning, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Keep projects structured so dev teams can focus on building.

🔸Scrum Master
• Focus on Delivery, not just Agile coaching.
• Work directly with 2-3 dev teams.
• Run ceremonies that help the team plan and adjust the work.
• Remove blockers so engineers can stay focused on delivery.

These roles work well for people who:
• Communicate easily with engineers and product managers
• Prefer solving delivery problems over discussing frameworks
• Bring structure without slowing teams down
