What you will do

• Translate strategic goals into actionable projects and programs driving transformation and efficiency.
• Lead end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional transformational projects.
• Coordinate and align project stakeholders, lead project teams, and manage risks and resources.
• Manage day-to-day project operations including tracking risks, issues, and escalations.
• Provide clear recommendations and remove organizational blockers to maintain momentum.
• Communicate project progress and insights to senior leaders including CEO and C-level executives.

Requirements

• Must have 5+ years managing complex, cross-functional strategic projects with measurable impact.
• Experience in startups and large organizations, including SaaS and fintech domains.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to bring clarity to ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
• Proven stakeholder management skills including engagement with C-level executives.
• Independent, proactive leadership with excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of modern goal-setting and project management tools.
