Supply Project Manager (Marketplace Efficiency): Ensuring marketplace supply efficiency by forecasting supply-demand gaps and optimizing courier incentives with an accent on operational strategy and cross-functional coordination. Focus on improving forecasting accuracy, scaling supply initiatives, and driving sustainable marketplace performance through data-driven experimentation.

Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus. Role follows a hybrid work model.

What you will do

  • Manage marketplace efficiency initiatives and align cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Improve supply-demand forecasting models to accurately predict gaps.
  • Execute strategies to close supply gaps and scale growth initiatives.
  • Analyze incentive performance and develop new setups in collaboration with product teams.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and inform supply strategies.
  • Implement segmentation strategies to improve supply quality and courier engagement.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in operations, marketplace strategy, supply growth, or analytics.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using large datasets.
  • Experience designing and executing experiments like A/B testing.
  • Proven ability to manage complex operational projects in cross-functional teams.
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Limassol, Cyprus.
