Location: Must be based in or able to work from Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands (Hybrid: 2 days in office per week)

What you will do

• Manage and enrich arbitration content, including case law and metadata creation.
• Develop and maintain taxonomies and content enrichment rules to ensure data accuracy.
• Lead GenAI-related activities including prompt engineering and validation of AI-generated Q&As.
• Collaborate with product teams to improve workflows and develop new product functionalities.
• Coordinate with external vendors and SMEs to meet editorial and quality standards.
• Create and edit content for social media and news services to drive user engagement.

Requirements

• Law Degree or University Degree in a relevant practice area.
• Prior experience in legal publishing or a similar industry.
• Fluent in English.
• Practical experience in international arbitration.
• Working knowledge of AI technologies and CMS platforms.
• Ability to work onsite in Alphen aan den Rijn 2 days per week.

Nice to have

• Fluency in at least two foreign languages beyond English.
