What you will do

• Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Produce short-form video content including reels, stories, and interviews from script to edit.
• Monitor social channels and engage with the community to build brand voice.
• Track and analyze social media performance to contribute to reports and insights.
• Stay current with digital trends, formats, and best practices for Gen Z audiences.
• Collaborate with creators, ambassadors, and internal marketing teams on projects.

Requirements

• Must be available for a full-time 6-month internship starting in April 2026.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the office in Rotterdam.
• Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or Media.
• Strong interest in digital culture and social media content creation.
• Creative, curious, and comfortable being on camera for engaging storytelling.
• Confident proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have

• Experience with content creation tools like Canva or CapCut.
• Prior exposure to social media analytics or insights.
• Experience managing social media for personal, academic, or side projects.
