What you will do

• Build and own the end-to-end content production engine, delivering high-quality video, motion, and design assets.
• Shoot and edit video content at events, customer sites, and in-office to create compelling short-form clips.
• Develop animations and motion graphics for social media and internal communications using AI-generative tools.
• Create scalable, reusable brand templates for the wider team to maintain consistent quality across all touchpoints.
• Produce commercial sales enablement assets and visual case studies that communicate customer impact.
• Own LinkedIn content production and capture behind-the-scenes material to support employer branding.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in content or creative production.
• Expert proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
• Exceptional design skills in Figma, Illustrator, or Canva with the ability to manage brand systems.
• Strong copywriting ability in English with a focus on engaging scripts and social media content.
• Demonstrated enthusiasm and practical experience with AI creative tools like Midjourney, Runway, or Descript.
• Social-first mindset with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B environments translating complex technical narratives into commercial content.
• Ability to join occasional on-site client shoots or events.
