What you will do

• Provide legal and regulatory support for CMESC operations, risk management, and internal governance.
• Offer regulatory support and guidance for new CMESC initiatives, assisting in new product design and implementation.
• Implement clearing services and banking arrangements, coordinating with internal legal teams and external counsel.
• Engage with regulatory bodies on behalf of CMESC.
• Draft rules and related rule submissions, facilitating internal corporate review and approval.
• Monitor new regulatory developments, both domestic and international, that impact CMESC, and develop CMESC’s strategy and responses.

Requirements

• Experience supporting SEC-regulated clearing houses or intermediaries on clearing regulatory issues.
• Ability to work both independently and with cross-functional teams.
