Salary: $165,200–$223,600 annually, plus sign-on payments and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Design and develop scalable software systems for healthcare AI services.
• Build and maintain cloud-based healthcare applications for hirify.global Connect Health.
• Implement product features with product managers, applied scientists, and engineers.
• Develop data processing, analytics, and machine learning systems for healthcare use cases.
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain operational excellence and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• At least 2 years of experience designing or architecting new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling.
• Experience programming in at least one software programming language.
• Experience across the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience is preferred.
