AI Software Engineer II

Location: Hybrid position in Irvine, California, with office attendance 2–3 days per week

Salary: $142,000–$214,000 annually, plus eligibility for variable pay

hirify.global develops cloud-based, AI-powered dental practice management, imaging, and revenue cycle automation software for dental service organizations and multi-location groups.

What you will do

• Design and develop applications using AI coding tools, AI agents, and low-code platforms.
• Integrate AI-driven and low-code solutions with existing systems and databases.
• Use AI-generated code to extend products with custom functionality.
• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver prototypes.
• Improve AI code generation processes and stay current with AI and machine learning advances.
• Explain complex software and AI concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AI and machine learning, with a focus on code generation and software development.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Figma, MCP, and v0.app.
• Proficiency with C#, .NET, OpenAPI, Python, PyTorch, Docker, Git, microservices, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, data handling, and PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server.
• Proficiency with at least one cloud platform: Azure, AWS, or GCP; Azure is preferred.
• Understanding of datasets, databases, software development principles, and the SDLC.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

• Previous Innovation team or startup experience using AI development technologies.
• Experience with Claude Code is highly preferred.
