What you will do
- Lead creative ideation and execution for hirify.global marketing and promotional materials.
- Own and enforce brand standards, ensuring consistency across all visual touchpoints.
- Translate creative briefs into strong visual concepts, narratives, and scalable design systems.
- Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to other designers.
- Collaborate with hirify.global’s creative agency to ensure brand alignment and support campaign initiatives.
- Maintain organized asset libraries and design documentation.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a senior-level designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand, marketing, video, and storytelling work.
- Experience providing creative direction and mentoring or managing designers.
- Previous experience working with U.S.-based companies or clients strongly preferred.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; working knowledge of Google Workspace, Canva, Figma, and other design tools.
- Strong understanding of branding, layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong English fluency (written and verbal).
