Salary: €4,000 – €5,500 Gross/month.

What you will do

• Take full ownership of strategic company projects from initial scoping through to final delivery and handoff.
• Lead and organize a cross-functional team, setting clear direction and removing blockers.
• Define project scope, timelines, success criteria, and resource requirements in collaboration with leadership.
• Make decisive calls on prioritization and scope trade-offs to ensure timely delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders and maintain clear, actionable status communications.
• Identify risks proactively and design mitigation strategies to prevent project delays.

Requirements

• Proven track record of taking ownership of end-to-end projects.
• Ability to lead and develop a team of specialists.
• Strong experience in defining project scope, success criteria, and resource needs.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must be based in or able to work from Lithuania (Kaunas or Vilnius) in a hybrid capacity.
