What you will do
- Manage and scale influencer marketing campaigns from end-to-end across multiple social media channels.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing content creators.
- Negotiate partnership terms, contracts, and budgets to ensure mutual value.
- Monitor social media trends on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to uncover new opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights for future marketing efforts.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing influencer marketing, creator relations, or brand partnerships.
- Strong grasp of social media platform dynamics and current influencer marketing trends.
- Ability to manage the full campaign lifecycle from initial research to final reporting.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in English required.
- Must be able to work from the office in Linz, Austria (Relocation support provided).
