What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze project requirements and assist in execution.
• Analyze and document clinical and referral workflows; participate in design and validation of clinical order sets.
• Contribute to development of clinical dashboards and reports for clinical users.
• Support process improvement initiatives to enhance clinician experience and population health outcomes.
• Provide support for project incidents and maintain client relationships.
• Gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, collaborative remote environment.

Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in a Canadian health informatics, computer science, software engineering, or data science master’s program or hold a postgraduate certificate in health informatics.
• Technical proficiency in MS Office, MS Visio, Power BI, and SQL query.
• Familiarity with Health Interoperability Standards (HL7, FHIR, SNOMED, ICD) preferred.
• Coding knowledge in XML, JSON, Python, and SQL preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
• Self-starter able to work with minimal supervision and learn quickly.
