Integrated Campaigns Lead (Marketing): Driving hirify.global’s audience-centric engagement strategy, serving as the primary bridge between Demand Generation and Product Marketing with an accent on planning and orchestration of integrated campaigns. Focus on aligning all major marketing functions and revenue teams around strategic themes and activations to maximize business impact.

Location: Any location, Canada

Salary: In Alberta, British Columbia & Ontario the base salary for this position ranges from $128,000/year up to $160,000/year. For all other locations, the base salary for this position ranges from $115,200/year up to $144,000/year.

What you will do

  • Develop and maintain a campaign theme calendar for key audiences, aligned with Product Marketing and Content.
  • Champion hirify.global’s priority audiences by understanding their needs and influencing segmentation strategies.
  • Own and execute the multi-channel campaign strategy, setting full-funnel goals.
  • Rally cross-functional groups around unified campaign plans and activations.
  • Optimize channel investment for efficient, high-impact audience engagement.
  • Provide analytics and reporting to drive continuous campaign improvement.

Requirements

  • 8–10 years of experience in Integrated Campaigns, Digital Marketing, Demand Generation, ABM, or Field Marketing.
  • Experience leading campaigns at a growing company and operating at scale.
  • Strong understanding of multi-channel GTM motions, audience segmentation, and campaign orchestration.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills; proven ability to rally large cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytics and campaign performance reporting skills.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with IT buyers or the insurance market.
  • Experience working closely with Product Marketing and Sales organizations.
  • Background in omnichannel orchestration and full-funnel optimization.
