What you will do

• Lead strategic client engagements, managing complex integrations and resolving escalated technical issues.
• Serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues, working with Product and Engineering teams to ensure timely resolutions.
• Work with publishers and internal teams to design and implement advanced solutions that drive performance and meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to advocate for clients’ technical needs and ensure seamless communication.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior Solutions Consultants.
• Optimize internal processes to enhance team efficiency and service delivery.

Requirements

• College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Solid experience in Ad Operations, Solutions Consulting, or a related technical role.
• Demonstrated experience working with large publishers or advertisers within the digital advertising ecosystem.
• In-depth understanding of ad technology and operations, including ad tags, pixels, cookies, and HTTP protocols.
• Expertise in writing and troubleshooting SQL queries.
• Proficiency in JavaScript for creating custom solutions and debugging.
