Solutions Consultant (AdTech)

Location: Düsseldorf or Berlin, Germany; hybrid work with office attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

What you will do

• Lead technical relationships with key publishers, managing complex integrations, optimization initiatives, and escalated technical issues.
• Provide strategic technical guidance and design tailored AdTech and digital media solutions with publishers and internal teams.
• Resolve complex issues in collaboration with Product, Engineering, Sales, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute technical and analytical expertise to strategic projects and internal initiatives.
• Mentor junior Solutions Consultants and share knowledge through documentation and quarterly training.
• Optimize internal processes and use Index UI, Looker, and Salesforce to support client success.

Requirements

• College degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Solid experience in Ad Operations, Solutions Consulting, or a related technical role.
• Experience working with large publishers or advertisers in the digital advertising ecosystem.
• In-depth knowledge of ad tags, pixels, cookies, HTTP protocols, SSPs, DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, and data activation platforms.
• Expertise in writing and troubleshooting SQL queries, plus proficiency with Kafka queries and JavaScript debugging and custom solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce, CRM or ticketing systems, and large-scale integrations with advanced technical configurations.
