Intern Data & AI for Operational Excellence and Sustainable Procurement (AI): Developing Power BI tools to track departmental performance and contributing to applied AI projects related to operational excellence, sustainability, and eco-design. Focus on building AI agent capable of estimating or predicting emissions for products under development, querying internal databases, interpreting technical documents, and identifying potential non‑compliance risks.

Location: Internship will be carried out in hybrid mode in Montreal, Canada.

What you will do

• Build and enhance data models related to operational and supplier performance.
• Develop dashboards to track progress against departmental objectives.
• Contribute to the development of AI tools supporting life‑cycle assessment (LCA) and low‑carbon material selection.
• Clean, structure, and document data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Support the collection and verification of product environmental data to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Contribute to internal reports and executive presentations.

Requirements

• Must be a student pursuing a university degree.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Autonomy and flexibility in organizing their work.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Power Query, Power BI, and DAX are required.
• Bilingualism (English and French) is required.
• All applicants must be legally entitled to work in Canada and must meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with LLM‑based tools and generative AI.
