What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end life cycle of large-scale sports events from contract signature to event closing.
• Act as the primary bridge between event organizers, partners, and internal departments.
• Drive project timelines by coordinating tasks across multiple teams, including product and engineering.
• Communicate and prioritize product usability requirements to HQ to support event scale.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and Q&A resources to support user operations teams.
• Provide on-site support during launch phases and critical event milestones.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in project management or a consulting background.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated ability to manage parallel work-streams in a fast-paced environment.
• Operational experience with the ability to coordinate across diverse internal teams.
• Interest in and experience within the sports industry.
