TL;DR

MICE Coordinator (TravelTech): Supporting the events team and front-line sales by managing travel and event logistics with an accent on MICE industry workflows and customer experience. Focus on solving complex coordination challenges, driving proactive solutions in an ambiguous environment, and ensuring 7-star service delivery.

Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to Barcelona, Spain. Role is hybrid with 3 days per week required in-office.

What you will do

  • Support the event team in coordinating MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) projects.
  • Collaborate with front-line sales to drive revenue through effective event-related solutions.
  • Manage logistics, prioritization, and scheduling to meet tight deadlines under pressure.
  • Resolve operational challenges proactively to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain high standards of professionalism and business acumen across all client interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (oral and written) is required.
  • Must be located in or willing to relocate to Barcelona for an in-person, 3-day office presence.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated initiative and ownership in problem-solving.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in other languages.
  • Previous experience in the travel or SaaS industries.
