What you will do

  • Provide expert technical guidance to customers regarding OTA connection types and features.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues related to the platform.
  • Manage end-to-end support cases, guiding clients through setup and resolution processes.
  • Deliver effective support across multiple channels including email, phone, chat, and live screen-sharing.
  • Build and maintain strong, consultative client relationships through clear communication.
  • Collect and escalate detailed customer feedback to internal teams to drive product improvement.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Spain.
  • Previous experience in a technical support or customer-facing service role.
  • Strong logical reasoning and independent problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to conduct live product walkthroughs and screen-share sessions.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • English proficiency required for all applications and CVs.

Nice to have

  • Background in the tourism or tech industries.
  • Experience with OTAs or Channel Managers.
  • Familiarity with Zendesk and Slack or similar support tools.
  • Experience working in a startup environment.
