Salary: $110,000 - $165,000 USD (based on compensation zone).

What you will do

• Define and drive strategy for crypto trading platforms to serve professional and sophisticated users.
• Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and research to ship trading UX and liquidity improvements.
• Build and scale CeDeFi functionality, integrating onchain products and staking into the core retail application.
• Optimize execution quality, order routing, and market structure performance.
• Use data-driven research and experimentation to inform product decisions.
• Deliver high-quality features in a fast-moving and dynamic market.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master's, or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in consumer-facing product management.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience shipping crypto products.
• Strong command of research, experimentation, and product analytics to guide decision-making.
• Ability to balance strategic long-term vision with execution speed.
