Salary: $294,000 – $345,000 USD

• Define and evolve the technical and organizational strategy for the Trading business unit.
• Build and scale high-performing engineering teams by hiring and developing exceptional managers and technical leads.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to deliver user-first financial products.
• Mentor engineering leaders to foster professional growth and actionable feedback cycles.
• Establish and improve robust processes for project execution, career progression, and organizational scalability.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as an engineering leader managing managers and large organizations of 50+ engineers.
• Proven track record in scaling engineering organizations and launching business-critical systems.
• Strong background in distributed systems architecture.
• Experience building and leading full-stack engineering teams.
• Ability to engage effectively with complex engineering architecture and systems-level decision-making.

Nice to have

• Professional experience in consumer finance, specifically within brokerage or trading platforms.
