What you will do

  • Support business customers via phone, in-app chat, and email to resolve complex financial queries.
  • Identify potential vulnerabilities and financial crime, escalating issues to specialist teams as necessary.
  • Simplify complex information to provide clear, empathetic, and effective customer solutions.
  • Proactively review and suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with teammates to share knowledge and maintain high performance standards.

Requirements

  • UK resident, aged 18 or over, with the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
  • High standard of written and spoken English.
  • Availability for 8 weeks of full-time remote training starting Monday, 25th May 2026.
  • Ability to work on a rotational basis covering 6am - 10pm including Bank Holidays and weekends.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and using new technology systems.
