What you will do
- Support business customers via phone, in-app chat, and email to resolve complex financial queries.

Requirements
- UK resident, aged 18 or over, with the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship provided).
- High standard of written and spoken English.
- Availability for 8 weeks of full-time remote training starting Monday, 25th May 2026.
- Ability to work on a rotational basis covering 6am - 10pm including Bank Holidays and weekends.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and using new technology systems.
