What you will do

- Manage customer interactions with diplomacy, tailoring technical explanations to the user's level of understanding.
- Update and close support tickets with thorough documentation of activities and resolutions.
- Collaborate with various internal company departments to resolve escalated or high-priority issues.
- Identify and suggest areas for team and process improvements.
Requirements
- Current student of a Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Communication, or related fields.
- Passion for customer success and understanding client needs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- English proficiency required for written and spoken support.
- Ability to learn quickly and act with resourcefulness.
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
