What you will do

• Serve as the focal point for developing pre-defined data structures for automated analysis of large-scale CX interactions.
• Validate evolving data structures to ensure high standards for precision and recall.
• Test new tools from research teams to support the ongoing development of data structures.
• Work with client requirements to identify new solution requests and feasibility.
• Educate consulting and customer success field teams on data solutions, definitions, and best practices.
• Collaborate with product and research teams to provide feedback on tool evolution and data integration.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in consultative account management, business intelligence, analytics, or as a data services provider.
• Proven ability to use technology to build and analyze datasets for operational outcomes.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Expertise in developing, positioning, and quantifying operational recommendations.
• Proficiency in creating and delivering professional presentations using PowerPoint.
• Ability to work effectively in a self-directed manner and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
