Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in partnership or channel management, preferably in financial services or digital marketplaces.
• 3+ years of experience utilizing data for actionable insights and stakeholder performance reviews.
• Proven commercial acumen with a track record of delivering value via strategic partnerships.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills across internal and external partners.
• Must be able to work on a hybrid basis from the Chester office.

Nice to have

• Experience with credit cards, lending, or consumer credit products.
• Familiarity with third-party market data and insight tools.
• Experience with test-and-learn methodologies, pricing, or journey optimization.
