Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in partnership or channel management, preferably in financial services or digital marketplaces.
- 3+ years of experience utilizing data for actionable insights and stakeholder performance reviews.
- Proven commercial acumen with a track record of delivering value via strategic partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills across internal and external partners.
- Must be able to work on a hybrid basis from the Chester office.
Nice to have
- Experience with credit cards, lending, or consumer credit products.
- Familiarity with third-party market data and insight tools.
- Experience with test-and-learn methodologies, pricing, or journey optimization.
