Salary: £50,200 - £70,000

What you will do

• Own and automate end-to-end operational processes for the Cards Group to reduce operational toil and ensure scalability.
• Lead authorization and authentication strategies, resolving merchant acceptance and clearing issues globally.
• Analyze customer problems and process inefficiencies using data to prioritize improvements.
• Collaborate with Customer Operations to optimize support and internal processes, representing the customer voice.
• Develop systems and tools to maintain operational excellence and unblock teams.
• Monitor KPIs such as approval rates to optimize authorization decisioning and customer communications.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, banking, or with card issuers/acquirers.
• Solid knowledge of card payments ecosystems.
• Ability to build and scale complex operational systems.
• Proactive self-starter with strong ownership and comfort working with engineering teams.
• Location: Must be based in the UK or able to work remotely within the UK with occasional meetings in London.
