Salary: $2,340,000 - $2,600,000 (annualized based on bi-weekly pay)

What you will do

• Maintain and optimize Linux server environments across physical, virtual, and cloud platforms.
• Administer Atlassian products including Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
• Serve as the primary infrastructure point of contact for development teams.
• Execute patch management and ensure system health and security.
• Implement and enforce compliance controls for CMMC, SOC2, and ISO 27001.
• Provide tier 2/3 escalation support and act as a backup for enterprise systems.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Linux systems administration.
• Strong experience with RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu, or similar.
• Proven experience administering Atlassian development platforms.
• Familiarity with disk management, file systems, and storage operations.
• Experience with compliance frameworks and audit preparation.
• Must be authorized to work and based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of automation tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Terraform.
• Experience with CI/CD platforms beyond Atlassian.
• Basic database administration skills (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
