What you will do

• Own and manage the AIX and Linux server infrastructure supporting card transaction processing applications, Oracle RAC databases, and middleware platforms.
• Design and maintain comprehensive infrastructure monitoring using Grafana, Prometheus, Telegraf, Graphite, and ELK Stack.
• Develop production-grade scripts and automated tooling for infrastructure automation, health checks, and certificate lifecycle management.
• Manage Oracle Tuxedo and Oracle WebLogic Server infrastructure, serving as the primary escalation point during critical production incidents.
• Lead infrastructure root cause analysis using system logs and performance data.
• Mentor junior engineers on systems administration, scripting, and troubleshooting methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of production experience in Unix/Linux systems engineering.
• Deep hands-on expertise with AIX and/or Linux (RHEL/CentOS) system administration.
• Advanced scripting skills with demonstrated ability to build production-grade automation and monitoring tooling.
• Proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience supporting Oracle Database environments (RAC awareness preferred).
• Experience with Oracle Tuxedo and/or Oracle WebLogic Server administration at the infrastructure level.
• Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of card switching systems, payment processing infrastructure, or financial messaging platforms.
• Experience with performance engineering tools and vendor support escalation workflows.
