What you will do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat and email.
- Provide accurate support regarding games, promotions, accounts, and technical issues.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently with a focus on first contact resolution.
- Assist with account verification and KYC processes.
- Monitor player feedback and suggest improvements to the player experience.
- Collaborate with Responsible Gambling, Fraud, and AML departments to resolve complex issues.
Requirements
- Native level of Spanish and good level of English.
- Proven background in a customer support role, ideally within the iGaming environment.
- Must be Melilla based or prepared to relocate.
- Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Exceptional communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and enjoy problem-solving.
