What you will do

• Define the customer experience vision and strategy across complex problem spaces for the Hotels.com brand.
• Own end-to-end design experiences from initial discovery and ideation to high-fidelity delivery and iteration.
• Create and iterate on prototypes to validate concepts and communicate design intent to stakeholders.
• Contribute to major evolutions of the design system with a focus on modularity and brand consistency.
• Partner with product, engineering, and research teams to co-create user-centric solutions.
• Mentor designers and model effective feedback practices to elevate overall craft and storytelling capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in product or UX design in a product-driven environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in strategy, systems thinking, visual design, and prototyping.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in responsive web and mobile app design.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional alignment.
